CVCraft Terms of Service

Welcome to CVCraft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CVCraft mobile application and website (the "Service"), provided by CVCraft Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your use of the Service constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Use of the Service
CVCraft is designed to help users create professional curriculum vitae (CVs) and resumes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in strict accordance with these Terms.
- User Content: You are solely responsible for all data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags, or other materials you upload, post, or transmit through the Service ("User Content").
- Prohibited Conduct: You must not use the Service to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
- Intellectual Property: While you retain ownership of your User Content, you grant CVCraft a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing you with the Service (e.g., generating and formatting your CV).
3. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service may be offered on a subscription basis ("Premium Subscription").
- Billing: All subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly, annually, etc.).
- Cancellation and Refunds: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any price adjustments.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including all original content, features, functionality, and design templates (excluding your User Content), are and will remain the exclusive property of CVCraft Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of CVCraft.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. CVCRAFT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
7. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CVCRAFT, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
8. Governing Law
